Refund policy

1. General Information

All products sold on this store are made to order and produced only after an order is placed. Because of the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not hold inventory and items are manufactured specifically for each customer.


2. Returns & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect phone model or design selected by the customer

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

This policy applies worldwide.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Returned items are not required in these cases.


4. Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all items are non-returnable, except in cases of:

  • Damage

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Fulfillment errors

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


6. European Union Customers

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced on demand.

As all products sold on this store are printed on demand, EU customers are not entitled to cancel or return orders due to change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
