3. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE

All products sold by ALURA STUDIO are made to order and produced only after an order is placed.

Because of this:

Products are not kept in stock
Minor variations may occur due to the production process
Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen and device settings

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.

5. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include:

Shipping fees
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local VAT or similar charges

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees imposed by your country or payment provider.

Risk of loss

European Union customers: Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Customers outside the EU: Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable local law.

ALURA STUDIO is powered by Shopify.
All purchases are made directly with ALURA STUDIO, not Shopify.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ALURA STUDIO.

11. USER FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by ALURA STUDIO without compensation.

You confirm that your submissions do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

12. ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.
