Shipping policy

All products are made to order.

Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.
Order processing times typically range from 2–5 business days. This includes printing and quality checks.

Orders are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund.

For customers in the European Union, the risk of loss transfers upon delivery of the goods.
